Job Description

Insight Global are looking for a passionate Brand Manager to join one of their premium clients in the pharmaceutical space for a 12 month extended contract. Please note, this will be renewed on a yearly basis and requires 2 days a week onsite in Mumbai.

Day-to-Day:

This individual will be joining the Global Digital Hub and focusing on delivering digital marketing campaigns across their growing markets

You will execute the tagging of content and campaigns to track usage and effectiveness for improvement, and provide instruction for tagging across all campaign collaterals, including those owned by the client and paid and shared media.

You will be working with global stakeholders such as the marketing operations centre (MOC) and third-party vendors to manage content and activity demand forecasting, to ensure timely execution of campaigns. This Brand Manager must be innovative, and up to date with latest digital marketing trends and ways of engaging with customers.

Must-Haves:

- Previous industry experience in marketing with prior experience working as a Brand Manager

- Previous experience working within pharmaceuticals with solid knowledge of local pharmaceutical codes and regulations, including ethical promotional guidelines

- Proven experience in executing omnichannel marketing campaigns including direct involvement content and media planning, and implementing data driven customer experience user journeys

- Experience with cloud application development platforms such as Veeva for reviewing commercial claims with customers

- Hands on experience of content development and copy approval (i.e. Content Lab)

- Strong global stakeholder management skills, including working with Medical Affairs Managers and third-party agencies

- A relevant Bachelor's/Master's degree (e.g. in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or other), with significant experience in omnichannel execution of content or user journeys.
