Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Client Partner to manage client relationships, drive campaign execution, and ensure seamless coordination between clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage client accounts and build strong relationships.
• Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.
• Understand client briefs and translate requirements into actionable deliverables.
• Coordinate with creative, strategy, digital, content, and production teams.
• Take ownership of campaigns from briefing to execution, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Lead client meetings, manage feedback, approvals, and project updates.
• Proactively suggest creative ideas and marketing solutions aligned with client objectives.
• Track project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and account performance.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting minutes.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and client retention.

What Are We Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in client servicing or account management, advertising or creative agency is Mandatory.
• Strong understanding of branding, advertising, digital marketing, and social media.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple client accounts and projects.
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
• Proactive, organised, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
