Role Description -
- Own the pitch process by leading high-value pitches end to end, from interpreting client briefs to delivering final presentations.
- Build strategic frameworks by crafting brand identities, communication ecosystems, and go-to market strategies across industries.
- Act as a client partner by serving as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and offering insight driven, business-focused solutions.
- Drive insight and cultural mapping by using research, data, and social listening to uncover
- consumer behaviors and untapped opportunities.
- Collaborate across teams by working closely with Creative Directors and Business Leads to
- ensure alignment from concept to execution.
- Mentor and elevate talent by guiding Creative Strategists and maintaining a high standard of
- strategic thinking across the team.
Requirement-
- A proven closer with 4 to 5 years of experience in a digital or creative agency and a strong track record of winning pitches.
- A business-first thinker who understands performance metrics beyond engagement, including ROAS, conversion funnels, and market impact.
- An exceptional storyteller who can build persuasive pitch decks that are structured, insightful, and emotionally engaging.
- A confident leader who can present with clarity and defend ideas effectively to senior stakeholders and C-suite audiences.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
