ROLE OVERVIEW :
As a Brand Manager at Exotic Flora, you will be responsible for building and growing the Exotic Flora brand by coordinating with our marketing agency and executing day-to-day marketing activities. You will work closely with agency partners to drive campaigns across digital and social channels, while also being hands-on in managing content, influencer tie-ups, and promotional activities. The role focuses on consistent brand communication, increasing online visibility, and supporting sales growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Agency Coordination
Act as the primary point of contact with the marketing agency. Brief the agency on campaign requirements ,review creatives and content, provide timely feedback, and ensure all deliverables are on-brand and on-schedule.
● Social Media Management
Manage and maintain the Instagram content calendar and other social media platforms. Coordinate with the agency for content creation and monitor performance metrics to improve engagement and reach.
● Advertising & Campaign Execution
Coordinate with the agency for Facebook and digital ad creatives. Ensure ads align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives, and track performance for optimization.
● Email Marketing
Work with the agency or email marketing team to plan and execute email campaigns. Oversee content, design, segmentation, and performance tracking.
● WhatsApp Marketing
Plan and execute WhatsApp-based marketing campaigns to engage existing customers and drive repeat
purchases. Manage broadcast lists, promotional messaging, and product updates while ensuring a personalized and non-intrusive communication experience.
● Influencer Marketing
Identify and onboard relevant plant and lifestyle influencers. Coordinate collaborations to create authentic
content that expands brand visibility and drives engagement.
● Brand Consistency
Ensure all marketing materials — online and offline — reflect the Exotic Flora brand identity. Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
● Marketing Collaterals
Coordinate the creation of product catalogues, product descriptions, promotional materials, and other marketing assets in alignment with brand standards.
● Reporting & Insights
Track and report on key marketing metrics regularly. Share performance updates and actionable insights with the management team.
● SEO Support
Coordinate with the agency for SEO activities and monitor website performance to improve search visibility and drive qualified traffic.
QUALIFICATIONS :
✔ Bachelor's / Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
✔ 2–3 years of experience in a brand management or marketing role, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
✔ Experience working with marketing agencies and managing external vendors.
✔ Good understanding of social media, digital marketing, and online advertising.
✔ Strong communication and coordination skills.
✔ Creative eye with an understanding of brand aesthetics.
✔ Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadline.
