About the Role

We're looking for a Brand Manager who deeply understands modern Indian families and how parents make decisions for their kids.

Not through reports or presentations. Through real consumer behavior.

The parent researching safety standards late at night.

The one asking for recommendations in school WhatsApp groups.

The one trying to find products that are practical, safe, thoughtfully designed, and aesthetically pleasing.

This role is for someone who understands culture, consumer psychology, internet behavior, and storytelling and knows how to turn those insights into a brand people genuinely connect with.

You'll help shape how the brand looks, sounds, feels, and stays relevant in the lives of modern families.

What You'll Own

Brand positioning and communication strategy

Content and social media direction

Campaign ideation and execution

Product storytelling and launch communication

Community engagement and audience understanding

Building culturally relevant brand narratives

Collaborating closely with creative, growth, and product teams

Maintaining consistency across all brand touchpoints

What We're Looking For

4–6 years of experience in consumer or D2C brands

Strong understanding of branding, content, and social media

Excellent storytelling and communication skills

Strong creative instinct and attention to detail

Deep understanding of Indian consumer behavior and parenting communities

Ability to move fast, think independently, and execute with ownership

Experience in kids, parenting, lifestyle, FMCG, or design-led brands is preferred

Strong understanding of modern parenting culture and family-focused consumer behavior is a plus
