Job Purpose: -

To lead the strategic management, positioning, and execution of FMC's Cyazypyr®-powered insecticide portfolio. The role ensures brand equity, market share growth, and alignment with FMC's global strategy, while delivering sustainable value to growers, dealers, and stakeholders.

Location: Mumbai

Key Accountabilities: -

Strategic Planning

  • Develop and implement annual brand plans for Cyazypyr® brands.
  • Define brand positioning and value propositions to differentiate Cyazypyr® in the marketplace.

Portfolio Management

  • Manage product lifecycle, pricing strategy, and portfolio profitability.
  • Support new product launches and ensure effective market introduction.

Marketing Execution

  • Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, dealer, and farmer touchpoints.
  • Develop communication materials that translate technical benefits into farmer-centric messaging.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with sales, regulatory, supply chain, and R&D teams to ensure product availability and compliance.
  • Provide training and support to sales teams for effective dealer and farmer engagement.

Performance Monitoring

  • Track brand performance metrics including sales, market share, and profitability.
  • Conduct market research and crop impact analysis to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to leadership for decision-making.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Strengthen relationships with dealers, distributors, and farmer communities.
  • Represent FMC at industry forums, exhibitions, and farmer meetings to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • B.Sc. / M.Sc – Agriculture/Horticulture. MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Agribusiness, or related discipline.
  • 6–10 years of experience in brand management, preferably in agrochemicals or crop protection.
  • Strong knowledge of insecticide technologies and agricultural value chains.
