Brand Manager Respiratory Portfolio 3-8 Years Mumbai

We are seeking a dynamic Brand Manager to lead the Respiratory portfolio within a reputed pharmaceutical organization. The role involves strategic brand planning, market analysis, product launch management, and driving profitable growth in a competitive therapy segment.

Responsibilities

1. Lead end-to-end brand management for the assigned respiratory portfolio including annual and cycle planning.
2. Conduct in-depth market and competitive analysis to identify growth drivers and recommend strategic actions.
3. Drive planning and execution of new product launches in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
4. Develop and implement promotional campaigns, ensuring effective execution within defined timelines and budgets.
5. Engage and enable the sales force through training, cycle meeting presentations, and development of communication materials.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA in Marketing preferred.
2. 3-8 years of experience in pharmaceutical brand or product management.
3. Prior exposure to respiratory or chronic therapy segment preferred.
4. Strong analytical skills with expertise in market research and competitive analysis.
5. Financial acumen with ability to manage budgets and monitor brand profitability.
