Job Description

Salary: 25,000 40,000 per month (depending on experience)

Type: Full-Time

Working Days: Monday Saturday

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana

Start Date: Immediate

Role Overview

The Brand Manager will oversee the overall brand strategy, creative positioning, and marketing calendar for the beauty brand. This role combines strategic thinking, consumer insight, and creative leadership to ensure brand visibility, engagement, and market growth across digital and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to strengthen awareness and customer loyalty
  • Conceptualise and manage marketing campaigns, product launches, and seasonal brand initiatives
  • Maintain and evolve the brand identity, storytelling, and visual language in collaboration with designers and content creators
  • Analyse market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity to drive innovation and differentiation
  • Manage day-to-day coordination with creative, digital, and retail partners
  • Oversee performance reporting, campaign results, and brand health metrics
  • Collaborate with R&D, packaging, and product teams to ensure brand connection across product touchpoints
  • Drive influencer marketing and community engagement strategies aligned with brand values

Required Skills & Competencies

  • 35 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or product strategy, ideally in the beauty, skincare, or FMCG sector
  • Strong understanding of consumer behaviour, brand positioning, and digital marketing
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
  • Creativity combined with data-driven strategic thinking

Preferred Qualification

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Brand Management, or Business Administration
  • Prior experience with beauty, D2C, or lifestyle brands strongly preferred
