Job Description

Operational

  • Developing and executing a results-driven, multi-platform communications strategy and plan in line with corporate and brand direction while reflecting local priorities
  • Aligning with the business requirement and deliver marketing & communication tools through internal team, studio and agencies
  • Creating and managing all marketing materials and collateral in line with brand direction including ATL and BTL.
  • Tracking effectiveness of various campaigns and course corrections as required
  • Managing communications spend and working with vendors and agencies to create and/or localize communications and marketing activities and develop supporting assets
  • Leading the planning and implementation of PR and initiatives related to the brand
  • Implementing online marketing activities including social media, SEO/SEM, demand generation, lead generation, etc.

Key Requirements

  • Marketing, Branding, Communications, or a related field like Product Manager, Brand Manager, etc.
  • Prior experience in a similar role with proactive approach & team management skills.
  • Exceptional verbal & written communication skills.
  • High level of attention to detail, including a proven ability to manage multiple and competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Analytical and solution driven approach in favour of the business requirement
  • Has excellent interpersonal skills and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders.
  • Understand requirement of promotional materials, packaging design and labelling, advertisements, exhibition materials, etc.
  • Must have exceptional presentation skills and fair hands on PPT, XLS, DOC, and good sense of creativity outcome
  • Must have knowledge of offset, digital, different types of media printing knowledge
  • Coordinate with technical support team (QC & Projects) for feedback on product packaging and branding materials
  • Coordinate with vendors and various agencies for activity planning and execution of packaging, photoshoot, ad films, media planning, exhibitions, activations, etc.
  • Proficient in developing, executing, and measuring demand generation programs that keep customers and prospects engaged throughout the funnel.
  • Strong knowledge of content development and SEM.
