Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and implement the consumer branding strategy for Adani Airports, spanning digital, experiential, and physical touchpoints.
  • Build brand equity by creating positive passenger experiences at every customer journey stage.
  • Oversee digital presence (social media, websites, mobile apps) to enhance consumer engagement.
  • Drive experiential branding at airports: lounges, check-in areas, cultural activations, and ambience.
  • Partner with agencies for creative execution while keeping internal teams lean.
  • Establish metrics for consumer sentiment, NPS, and brand health tracking across airports.
  • Act as the internal brand evangelist, influencing Aero Ops, Commercial, and Real Estate teams to align with the consumer branding agenda.
  • Present consumer brand performance dashboards to the CEO and leadership.

Key Requirements

  • 1215 years of experience in Consumer/Experiential Branding, Marketing, or Customer Experience in aviation, retail, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Strong track record in creating customer-centric brand activations.
  • Deep understanding of consumer insights, perception tracking, and brand-building frameworks.
  • Experience in managing agencies (creative, digital, experiential).
  • Strong digital fluency and understanding of integrated marketing campaigns.

KPIs

  • Improvement in Brand Perception Index and passenger NPS.
  • Passenger satisfaction scores at key airport touchpoints.
  • Social media reach, engagement, and sentiment analysis trends.
  • Number and quality of experiential activations executed.
  • % improvement in long-term brand equity metrics for Adani Airports.

Qualifications

Education Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Master's degree in Marketing or Business Administration preferred

Certification required

  • Professional certification in Brand Management or Marketing Strategy is a plus
