Job Title – Brand Lead
Key Responsibilities:
We're looking for someone to build and scale a premium consumer brand. From shaping how the brand looks and feels, to how it speaks, to how it grows - this role touches everything that makes a brand real.
If you have strong instincts in brand and marketing, a genuine appreciation for what makes something feel premium, and the ambition to own something rather than just contribute to it - this is worth a conversation.
Experience in personal care or adjacent consumer categories is a plus. So is a mindset that connects brand building to business outcomes.
● Category and competition understanding with full knowledge of category landscape & market size
● Driving category marketing strategy and category development roadmap
● Consumer understanding and plan & execute any researches required for category understanding and development
● Product portfolio management
● Developing & driving channel strategy (Digital, Ecommerce, Offline, Others)
● ATL/BTL, marketing initiative across channels
● P&L, cost management & financial operations
● Should be able to expand with the role & responsibilities over time
Qualifications & Experience Required:
● Total of 8+ years experience of which at least 4+ years work experience in brand management
● Marketing exposure in Personal care or adjacent consumer categories is as plus
● Prior P&L handling experience
● Expertise in driving marketing strategies across channels (Digital + Offline)
● Willing to upskill, unlearn and learn
● Great people skills and communication capabilities
● Agile enough to implement newly acquired knowledge for role benefit
