We are looking for a Brand Identity Designer who can create strong visual brand systems and also support Product Design when needed. The ideal candidate should have a good eye for aesthetics, typography, layout, color, and visual storytelling, along with the ability to design clean and user-friendly digital interfaces.
You will be responsible for shaping how a brand looks, feels, and communicates across digital and print platforms. This role requires a mix of creative thinking, strategic understanding, and strong execution skills to build meaningful and impactful brand systems.
You will work closely with content, marketing, product, and UI teams to ensure brand consistency while also bringing fresh ideas, original concepts, and thoughtful design solutions to every project.
Responsibilities
- Create logo concepts, brand marks, and complete visual identity systems.
- Build comprehensive brand guidelines including color palettes, typography, iconography, illustration styles, and usage rules.
- Design illustrations that align with brand tone and enhance storytelling.
- Develop marketing and communication assets such as:
- Social media creatives
- Presentations
- Packaging
- Print materials
- Translate brand strategy, vision, and values into clear and meaningful visual direction.
- Ideate and conceptualize fresh, original design ideas that help brands stand out.
- Ensure all brand touchpoints follow a consistent visual language.
- Support website and UI teams with brand-aligned visual elements.
- Create layouts for both digital and print platforms when required.
- Present design ideas confidently, explain design decisions, and refine work based on feedback.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
- Stay updated with modern brand practices, design trends, and emerging visual styles.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Brand Designer, Visual Designer, or Identity Designer.
- Basic to intermediate understanding of UI/UX and product design
- Strong portfolio showcasing:
- Brand identity projects
- Logos and visual systems
- Brand guidelines and style guides
- Proficiency in:
- Adobe Illustrator (Advanced)
- Adobe Photoshop
- Figma (brand systems, layouts, collaboration)
- Adobe InDesign (preferred for brand guidelines and print)
- Strong understanding of:
- Typography and font pairing
- Color theory
- Composition and visual hierarchy
- Layout design (digital & print)
- Experience in creating complete brand kits and style guides.
- Ability to ideate, think conceptually, and create meaningful designs, not just visuals.
- Good communication skills to present ideas and explain design rationale.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Motion design knowledge (Lottie, After Effects, simple animations) is a plus.
- Candidates who read, research, and stay curious about design are preferred.
