We're looking for a designer who doesn't just make things look good,
but understands why a brand should look the way it does.
This role is for someone who can take strategy and turn it into a distinct, ownable visual system, not just a logo, but a brand that holds across every touchpoint.
If you think in systems, care about typography as much as concept and can build brands from scratch, you'll fit right in.
What You'll Actually Do
- Build brand identities end-to-end — logos, typography systems, colour palettes and full visual languages
- Translate strategy into cohesive, scalable design systems (not one-off outputs)
- Design across touchpoints - brand decks, collaterals, packaging, and key assets
- Create clear, structured brand guidelines that teams can actually use
- Present work with logic and intent
- Own projects from first idea to final delivery
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience focused on brand identity design (not social/content-heavy roles)
- A portfolio that shows complete identity systems, not just logos or isolated pieces
- Strong fundamentals in:
Typography
Grid systems
Visual hierarchy
Brand thinking (beyond styling)
- Ability to articulate your decisions clearly - both visually and verbally

- Your work is primarily social media or marketing creatives
- Your portfolio focuses on aesthetics without showing systems

Location: Nariman Point, Mumbai (on-site)
Timings: Monday – Friday | 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM
