About the role:
We are looking for a dynamic and business-driven Brand Growth Manager to scale and strengthen our brand Vedic Mum. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of brand building, product lifecycle, and online business operations. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive growth, launch new products, and manage end-to-end operations while coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
Job Description / Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute growth strategies to expand the brand presence and market reach
- Plan and successfully launch new products, from ideation to go-to-market strategy
- Manage overall online business operations including product cataloging, pricing, and performance tracking
- Handle product listings across platforms, ensuring optimization for visibility and conversions
- Work closely with third-party vendors and manufacturers for product development, packaging, and supply chain coordination
- Oversee order management systems and logistics platforms such as Shiprocket, Nimbus, etc.
- Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to drive decision-making
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure consistent brand communication
- Identify new growth opportunities, partnerships, and revenue channels
- Ensure smooth operational flow from inventory to customer delivery
Desired Profile of the candidate:
- 712 years of experience in brand growth, business expansion, or digital-led product businesses
- Strong business acumen with a revenue-driven mindset
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Minimum Experience:
7-12 years
