Brand Growth Lead
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring a Brand Growth Lead to build and scale a consumer brand through partnerships, content direction, community trust, and real-world activation.
This is not a social media or campaign role.
This role is for someone who wants to own outcomes, grow alongside the brand, and see their work translate into measurable business impact.
You will work closely with the founder and have real ownership over how the brand grows across creators, quick commerce, and offline channels.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand Growth & Partnerships
Build partnerships with creators, chefs, cafs, and aligned brands
Drive authentic collaborations that lead to usable content and trust
Decide partnership priorities based on business impact, not vanity metrics
Content Direction & Utilization
Define content narratives and usage themes
Ensure content feeds performance marketing, quick commerce, and brand channels
Coordinate with creators, freelancers, and the performance marketing team
Approve content for quality, brand safety, and ROI relevance
Community & Customer Experience
Own customer communication via WhatsApp API
Ensure timely response and resolution of queries and issues
Build a strong repeat-customer and brand advocate community
Offline Growth & Exhibitions
Plan and execute B2C exhibitions and on-ground brand experiences
Track post-event follow-ups and conversions
Ensure offline efforts are commercially sensible over time
HOW SUCCESS WILL BE MEASURED
Improvement in repeat purchase behavior
Increased SKU velocity on quick commerce platforms (e.g., Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket)
Content utilization percentage and cost efficiency
Customer response and resolution SLAs
Attribution may not always be perfect, but business impact must be visible.
WHO SHOULD APPLY
Strong ownership mindset
Energetic, committed, and growth-oriented
Comfortable working in ambiguity and building systems from scratch
Outcome-focused rather than campaign-focused
Relevant experience is helpful, but mindset and intent matter more than titles.
COMPENSATION, INCENTIVES & GROWTH
Fixed Compensation
Salary range: 4.5 LPA 7.2 LPA (based on capability and experience)
Performance Incentives (Quarterly)
Incentives are directly linked to measurable growth outcomes, not activity or vanity metrics. These may include improvements in:
Repeat customer purchase behavior
SKU velocity on quick commerce platforms
Content efficiency (utilization and cost per usable asset)
Partnership & Offline Revenue Impact Definition
Long-Term Growth
Opportunity to build and lead a team as the brand scales
Expanded incentive upside with consistent performance
Scope to grow into a larger brand or growth leadership role over time
