CTC: 4 lacs per anum onwards.

Position Overview

The Brand Executive (Creative) will play a key role in conceptualizing, executing, and managing social and digital campaigns that build brand presence, engagement, and measurable ROI. You'll work at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and performance, collaborating with designers, copywriters, and media teams to ensure every post, ad, or campaign tells a compelling brand story backed by insights.

Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Strategy & Execution
  • Ideate and execute content strategies for social and digital platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google, Pinterest, etc.)
  • Develop campaign concepts aligned with client goals, brand voice, and current digital trends
  • Work with the design and video team to translate creative ideas into engaging carousels, reels, and ad creatives
  • Assist in planning, scripting, and managing shoots or influencer collaborations when required

  • Social Media & Brand Management
    • Manage brand presence across multiple platformsensuring visual and tonal consistency
    • Write platform-specific captions, ad copies, and content that drive awareness and conversions
    • Monitor trends, competitor activity, and emerging formats to keep the brand content relevant and high-performing

  • Performance & Insights
    • Coordinate with the performance marketing team to align creative direction with ad objectives (awareness, engagement, lead gen, sales)
    • Analyze post-performance metrics, report insights, and recommend creative optimizations
    • Maintain an understanding of KPIs like CTR, engagement rate, ROAS, and audience retention

  • Client Communication
    • Act as a creative liaison between the client and internal teams
    • Present ideas, campaign reports, and creative proposals clearly and persuasively
    • Ensure timely delivery and quality of all creative outputs

    Key Skills & Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, or related field
    • 13 years of experience in a social media / creative marketing role (agency experience preferred)
    • Strong understanding of digital platformsInstagram, LinkedIn, Meta Ads, YouTube, and Google Ads
    • Exceptional writing and conceptual thinking skills
    • Ability to brief and collaborate effectively with designers, editors, and media planners
    • Analytical mindset with familiarity in basic metrics tracking (Meta/LinkedIn dashboards, Google Analytics)
    • Proficiency with tools like Canva, Notion, Google Workspace, and social scheduling platforms
