Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing a results-driven, multi-platform communications strategy and plan in line with corporate and brand direction while reflecting local priorities
  • Creating and managing all marketing materials and collateral in line with brand direction including ATL and BTL.
  • Tracking effectiveness of various campaigns and course corrections as required
  • Understand requirement of promotional materials, packaging design and labelling, advertisements, exhibition materials, etc.
  • Coordinate with technical support team (QC & Projects) for feedback on product packaging and branding materials
  • Coordinate with vendors and various agencies for activity planning and execution of marketing activities and develop supporting assets
  • Align with Lead Branding and sales and marketing regional heads for approvals
  • Leading the planning and implementation of PR and initiatives related to the brand
  • Implementing online marketing activities including social media, SEO/SEM, demand generation, lead generation, etc.
  • Requirement of promotional materials, packaging design and labelling, advertisements, exhibition materials, etc.
  • Coordinate with outdoor and print media / advertising agencies for branding.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Coordinate with ad-film agencies for product films, brand films, outdoor shoots, and product photography.

Educational Qualification:

  • MBA Marketing / Mass Communication.

Work Experience:

  • 5-8 years of relevant work experience.
