Job Description

Brand Stretegist- Fine Diamond Jewelry Manufacturing and Export (B2B& D2C)

To build, strengthen, and elevate the brand presence across B2B and D2C channels by driving brand strategy, marketing campaigns, customer engagement, digital presence, and revenue growth while ensuring a premium luxury brand experience. Drive brand growth, customer engagement, and revenue generation across B2B and D2C channels while establishing the company as a leading fine jewellery brand.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

1. Brand Strategy & Positioning

  • Develop and execute annual brand strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Strengthen luxury brand positioning across all customer touch points.
  • Ensure consistency in brand identity, communication, and visual merchandising.

2. B2B Brand Development

  • Support dealer/distributor network through marketing initiatives.
  • Create trade marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and retailer engagement programs.
  • Develop branding materials, catalogues, presentations, and POSM.

3. D2C Marketing & Customer Acquisition

  • Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and conversion campaigns.
  • Manage website, social media, digital marketing, influencer collaborations, and content strategy.
  • Enhance customer experience and loyalty programs.

4. Campaign & Product Launch Management

  • Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, collections launches, and festive promotions.
  • Coordinate with design, sales, production, and external agencies.

5. Market Intelligence & Competition Analysis

  • Track jewellery market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities.
  • Recommend strategic actions for brand growth and differentiation.

6. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Monitor marketing ROI, campaign effectiveness, and brand performance metrics.
  • Present monthly MIS and strategic recommendations to management.

Qualification & Experience

  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Branding, or related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in Luxury, Fine Jewellery, Fashion Premium B2B HNI Consumer / Customer Brands.
  • Strong expertise in Brand Management, Digital Marketing, Trade Marketing, SEO , Content creation and Customer Engagement.
