Brand Designer

At Porcellia, we work with luxury, high-AOV D2C brands and lifestyle disruptors. We're looking for a Brand Designer who can match bold aesthetics with clean logic. Someone who can turn vibe into structure, chaos into calm, and still keep everything aligned to the grid.

What You'll Actually Do

• Create scroll-stopping Meta ads, high-converting emailers, and brand kits that ooze taste
• Develop visual systems and design frameworks that scale (not just decorate) brands
• Collaborate with copywriters, performance marketers, and founders to bring ideas to life
• Infuse storytelling into every visual asset you touch-from thumbnails to pitch decks
• Use layout, motion, color, and hierarchy to teleport audiences into the brand's world
• Keep your designs clean enough for a UI team, and wild enough to belong on an art wall

What You'll Need:

• 3 - 4 years of hands-on experience in D2C design (ads, emails, landing pages, branding)
• Strong grasp of Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Working knowledge of AI tools (we use them, we don't fear them)
• A UI/UX background is a big bonus
• Taste, speed, structure-and opinions that make your work better

• You've only ever designed pretty posts for Instagram
• You don't care how design impacts ROAS, CTR, or retention
• You don't believe in moodboards, structure, or storytelling
