What you'll do

We are looking for a creative thinker with a strong eye for visual storytelling, brand identity, and design aesthetics. Someone who can translate ideas into compelling visuals while maintaining brand consistency across multiple touchpoints.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to understand brand objectives, project goals, and design requirements.
  • Translate briefs and conceptual ideas into thoughtful and visually compelling brand design solutions.
  • Contribute to the creation and evolution of brand identities, ensuring visual consistency across all design outputs.
  • Design visual assets and brand elements that align with the brand's identity, tone, and communication style.
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines, visual systems, and design standards that can be applied across different platforms and products.
  • Explore and contribute new creative ideas that strengthen the visual identity and storytelling of the brands you work on.
  • Work closely with UI/UX designers to ensure that brand expression remains consistent across product experiences and digital interfaces.
  • Present design concepts and clearly explain visual decisions to clients and stakeholders when required.
  • Stay updated with design trends, typography, visual systems, and digital design practices to continuously elevate the quality of work.
  • Maintain well-organized design files and documentation of brand assets for future scalability and reference.

Job Requirements

  1. 2+ years of experience as a Brand Designer, Visual Designer, or Graphic Designer, preferably within a design agency or digital product environment.
  2. A strong portfolio showcasing branding, identity design, and visual design work.
  3. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma or other relevant design tools.
  4. Strong understanding of branding principles, typography, colour theory, layout systems, and visual hierarchy.
  5. Ability to translate abstract ideas and brand strategies into clear and compelling visual outputs.
  6. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
  7. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  8. A curious and creative mindset with a passion for visual design, branding, and digital aesthetics.
  9. Familiarity with UI/UX design principles will be considered a plus.
