Brand & Design Intern

We're hiring: Brand & Design Intern (Early Career) – URU Farms

Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad (on-ground role)

Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000/month

Start: Immediate

Portfolio: Mandatory (applications without portfolio will be rejected)

We're building URU Farms — a natural farming, farm-to-table brand — from 0 → 1. This role is strictly for candidates who want to work on brand identity and design systems, not just social media posts.

What you'll work on:

* Building the complete brandbook (colors, typography, visual identity)

* Packaging and product design

* Website creatives (banners, product layouts)

* Social media design systems (templates only, no posting)

This is NOT for you if:

* You only use Canva templates without original thinking

* You're looking for remote work

* You cannot start immediately

* You don't have a portfolio

Requirements (strict):

* 0–1 year experience (students / freshers only)

* Must be based in Hyderabad and available for on-ground work in Madhapur

* Must include a portfolio link in the application

* Must have read and understood role + stipend before applying

Selection process:

* Form screening

* Portfolio review

* Short design task
