Job Description

We are looking for a Content Marketing Specialist who can combine the creativity of a copywriter with the depth of a content writer. This role requires someone who can create compelling short-form copy for campaigns, ads, social media, and brand communication, while also developing long-form content such as blogs, website pages, articles, emailers, and marketing collateral.

The ideal candidate should understand brand tone, audience behavior, and digital marketing objectives, and be able to turn ideas into content that informs, engages, and drives action.

Key Responsibilities
  • Write clear, engaging, and brand-aligned copy for digital and offline marketing materials
  • Create short-form content such as ad copy, social media captions, taglines, website banners, and CTAs
  • Develop long-form content including blogs, articles, website copy, case studies, emailers, brochures, and scripts
  • Work closely with the marketing, design, and strategy teams to execute campaigns across channels
  • Adapt writing style based on platform, audience, and campaign objective
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice across all communication
  • Conduct basic research to create accurate, relevant, and insightful content
  • Optimize content for SEO where required
  • Edit, proofread, and refine drafts to maintain quality and clarity
  • Contribute ideas for campaigns, content themes, storytelling angles, and brand messaging

Required Skills
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Ability to write both persuasive copy and informative content
  • Good understanding of digital marketing and content strategy
  • Familiarity with SEO writing principles

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field
  • Proven experience in copywriting, content writing, or content marketing
  • Portfolio showcasing both short-form and long-form writing samples
  • Experience with social media, blogs, websites, and email marketing content
