About The Role
Aspire is expanding rapidly across Asia and the US and we're investing in great storytelling to match. We're hiring a Content Manager who can build, run, and scale a high-quality content engine that speaks directly to our ICP: global founders building across borders.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves writing, thrives in fast-moving environments, and can balance editorial excellence with scrappy execution. You'll lead a small team of writers, bring to life Aspire's content strategy, and produce high-impact multimedia content ranging from editorial articles and founder stories to data-driven reports and brand collaborations.

What You'll Do
Produce quality content
- Create content that differentiates Aspire in the fintech space, deepens trust with founders, and brings our cross-border narrative to life.
- Own editorial planning and the end-to-end content pipeline pitching, writing, editing, publishing.
- Champion multimedia brand content including short or long-form editorial, case studies, founder spotlights, data-driven reports, and partner-driven content.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Reporting directly to Brand Associate Director, you will work closely with PR, Campaigns, Social Media, and SEO teams to bring content to life, and ensure the strategy ladders up to broader company objectives.
- Coordinate with the SEO team (but not directly manage SEO content) to ensure alignment on priorities, backlinks, and content discoverability.
Lead & Manage
- Lead a small team of in-house and freelance writers; set standards, guide structure, and elevate output quality.
- Uphold Aspire's tone of voice, ensuring content feels founder-first, global, and high-taste.
Minimum Qualifications
- 46 years of experience in content, journalism, editorial, or content marketing, ideally in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
- Strong writing and editing skills with a sharp eye for structure, narrative, and tone you genuinely love the craft.
- Experience in newsroom-style or agency settings where speed, clarity, and adaptability are essential scrappy, resourceful, and comfortable navigating shifting priorities.
- Comfortable leading a small team of writers while staying hands-on with day-to-day execution.
High taste bar and strong editorial instincts you know what good content looks and feels like.
