By enabling Tier 1 retailers and marketplaces worldwide to activate more brands and leverage advanced targeting, we help them secure a lasting competitive edge.

Your Impact:

Two outcomes sit with this role: what Osmos is known for in retail media, and how that awareness turns into a pipeline. You set what Osmos stands for in the category, build the content engine that carries it across the buyer journey, thought leadership, product storytelling, original research, customer proof, social, and events.

A thought partner to the leadership to evolve the Osmos narrative, and you own how it shows up everywhere it meets the market.

What You'll Do:

Set what Osmos stands for, and grow how it's known. Define a point of view in retail media, keep it consistent across every channel, and build awareness and share of voice in the category, treating perception as a number you own.

Protect the brand as it scales. Hold the voice and visual identity steady across every property, in partnership with design.

Own and distribute the Osmos narrative. Translate composable retail media, Demand-as-a-Service, and Sofie into clear, provocative stories, and lead thought leadership across earned media.

Earn the right to a point of view. Build research-backed content properties that gives Osmos something true and ownable to say.

Build the content engine. Map content frameworks to the buyer journey that lift conversion and shorten sales cycles, and stand up the voice guidelines, calendars, briefs, rubrics, and distribution workflows that hold quality at speed.

Own social and extend reach. Run social as the most visible version of the Osmos voice, and build the influencer and podcast programs to reach audiences we don't own.

Make events shape perception and pipeline. Shape the narrative, pre-reads, and recap content, and own the workflows behind them through your events DRI.

Write and edit across formats. Write, edit, and oversee production across blogs, reports, case studies, white papers, videos, webinars, and newsletters

You'll Thrive If You Have:

  • 6-8 years building content or brand functions at a high-growth B2B company, or high-tier business journalism.
  • An owner's bias, at high standards and high velocity. You operate from big-picture strategy down to the daily publishing calendar, you would rather own an outcome than a task list, and you have built the systems that prove quality and speed are not in tension.
  • A brand-building track record. You have grown awareness and share of voice, and can speak to perception moving, not only pipeline.
  • Content-to-pipeline fluency, with frameworks mapped to the buyer journey and proof of the link to conversion.
  • You know what makes content worth reading, and you can define a voice, protect it against the pull toward safe and generic, and raise the quality floor across everyone who writes under you.
  • You already use AI to change how your team researches, plans, drafts, repurposes, and measures
