We're Hiring: Brand Content Designer (Social & Digital)

Empact Studio is a design-led studio working at the intersection of spatial design, experience architecture, visual communication, UI/UX, and technology. We create meaningful, engaging, and well-engineered experiences for events, exhibitions, museums, visitor centres, and branded environments.

We are looking for a Brand Content Designer (Social & Digital) who can help us translate ideas, strategy, and brand direction into strong visual content for digital platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who understands that design is not just about making things look good, but about communicating clearly and thoughtfully.

What the role involves

·      Designing creatives for all social media 

·      Creating posts, carousels, stories, and digital campaign assets

·      Translating content, captions, ideas, and briefs into clear visual communication

·      Adapting content across platforms while maintaining brand consistency

·      Understanding of how design changes across formats: feed posts, stories, carousels, decks, banners. 

·      Supporting with decks, launch creatives, and other digital brand materials when needed

·      Bringing structure, hierarchy, and design clarity to every output

What we're looking for

·      1-2 years of relevant experience in social media design, brand design, or visual communication

·      Strong sense of layout, typography, hierarchy, and composition

·      Good understanding of content design for social media 

·      Ability to create clean, communication-led, brand-aligned visuals

·      Familiarity with AI supported workflows is a big plus 

·      Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Building Presentations 

·      Motion design knowledge is a plus

·      Someone who is detail-oriented, visually sharp, and eager to learn
