We serve a diverse clientele, including hotels, restaurants, retail partners, e-commerce platforms, and export markets.
Role Overview: The Communications & Brand Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and executing internal and external communication strategies that strengthen the organization's brand, reputation, and messaging. This role ensures consistent, clear, and engaging communication across all channels.
Responsibilities:
- Storytelling & Brand Definition: Shaping the brand narrative, positioning, and messaging that reflect the values of No. 3 Clive Road.
- Copywriting: Write clear, compelling copy across brand decks, websites, social media, product packaging, partner decks, collaborative collaterals and campaigns.
- Content Management: Oversee and manage content across all digital channels, including websites, emailers, social media, LinkedIn, and Pinterest. Manage brand consistency across all touchpoints while monitoring performance.
- Creative Direction: Being present on shoots to guide concept, narrative, and execution while ensuring the creative requirements are fulfilled.
- Ad Research & Management: Researching to analyse trends, competitors, and audience behaviour. Manage and run impactful short-form ads across Instagram, Facebook and Amazon.
- Team & Vendor Management: Manage in-house and external teams/agencies and vendors to ensure the smooth delivery of campaigns, collateral, and brand requirements.
