Job Description

Job Title: Brand Communicator –Fashion Industry

Location: Saket, New Delhi

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

CTC: ₹8.4 LPA – ₹9.6 LPA

About the Role

We are looking for a highly persuasive and relationship-driven Brand Communicator to join our growing fashion business. The ideal candidate should have exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with fashion brands, onboard new partners, and create strategic collaborations that drive business growth and sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and onboard fashion and lifestyle brands for collaborations and partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brand representatives, decision-makers, and stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute brand onboarding and partnership strategies.
  • Present business opportunities, value propositions, and collaboration models effectively.
  • Drive revenue generation through strategic brand partnerships and sales initiatives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of brand collaborations.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, agreements, and partnership opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends and identify potential brands that align with the company's growth objectives.
  • Represent the company professionally during meetings, presentations, and networking events.
  • Create and implement innovative outreach strategies to attract new brand partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in Brand Partnerships, Business Development, Brand Communication, Sales, or Client Acquisition within the fashion, lifestyle, retail, or luxury industry.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to generate business opportunities and close partnerships.
  • Strong networking and relationship-management capabilities.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and capable of handling multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience working with fashion, luxury, or premium brands will be highly preferred.
