ABOUT BUILDOFY

Buildofy is a subscription-based content platform that showcases interesting Indian architecture projects. We do this primarily through high-quality video films and in-depth eBooks that explain a project's context, spatial experience, and materiality through the lens of design professionals.

We aim to elevate everyone's architectural knowledge and make it a household topic, so the environments we live in tomorrow are better built.

Our videos attract a loyal following of 1 million+ subscribers, including homeowners, architects, construction professionals and students PAN India & worldwide.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Brand Communication: Be the first point of contact with our digital community—as the brand's face and voice. Represent Buildofy with warmth, clarity, and professionalism across all touchpoints, including DMs, comments, emails, and calls. Ensure all communication reflects our tone and values. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses and resolution of queries.

  • Brand Partnerships & Acquisition: Identify and evaluate potential brands for collaborations. Take ownership of initial outreach and conversations. Coordinate and set up calls with prospective customers and sponsors. Set up shoot dates and handle coordination with cinematographers and brands for executing the Buildofy Products content calendar. Maintain communication hygiene and follow-up cadence. 

  • Member Engagement: Respond to queries, comments, messages, emails, and calls from members in a timely, engaging, and helpful manner. Act as the first line of communication, creating a positive experience for them. Work closely with the tech partner to resolve membership and platform-related issues.

  • Publishing & Channel Management: Create and manage a detailed broadcast calendar for Buildofy India, Buildofy Stories and Buildofy Products. Publish videos, reels, posts, and stories across all digital channels - Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Tailor content for platform-specific best practices and engagement. Maintain organized archives and performance tracking. Ensure consistent publishing, visual and tonal hygiene, and alignment with ongoing campaigns and brand strategy.

  • LinkedIn Calendar: Build and maintain a dedicated LinkedIn content calendar focused on professional storytelling, architectural narratives, team stories, and showcasing brand collaborations.

  • SEO & Social Media Optimization: Leverage SEO techniques, relevant keywords, and hashtags to improve discoverability and engagement. Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and adapt strategies accordingly.

·   Brand Profile Creation & Management: Collect, screen, and modify brand content to create high-quality profiles for the Buildofy Products section. Act as the first point of contact for partner brands—communicating updates, coordinating changes, and ensuring all content is accurate, aligned, and up-to-date on the website backend.
