Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Brand Manager role based in New Delhi. The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and executing branding strategies, managing marketing campaigns, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across platforms. Responsibilities also include market research, competitive analysis, coordinating with design and content teams, and overseeing brand communication. The individual will collaborate across departments to enhance brand visibility and growth.
We are building a strategic, story-driven brand and communications function and we're hiring a Brand Communications & Content Strategist who will work closely with leadership to shape our brand voice, communication direction, and impact narrative across platforms.
This is a strategic role, not just a social media role.
Brand Strategy & Positioning
Build and strengthen EWRI's corporate brand identity across digital and offline channels
- Develop messaging aligned with circular economy, sustainability, compliance, ITAD
- Create a strong enterprise-focused, trust-oriented brand narrative
Content, Communication & Marketing Assets
- Lead creation of brochures, capability decks, case studies, website content, SEO pages
- Build content for U.S. partner collaborations, OEM partnerships, CSR drives, ESG alignment
- Develop thought-leadership content on e-waste, ITAD, plastics & battery recycling
Digital & Social Media (LinkedIn-Focused)
- Plan and manage EWRI's LinkedIn presence, campaigns, and leadership branding
- Publish updates on plant capabilities, certifications, client success, projects, events
- Drive brand consistency and engagement with enterprise stakeholders
Event, Outreach & Partnership Branding
- Support branding for conferences, industry events, CSR collection drives, exhibitions
- Coordinate design & communication for booths, standees, awareness campaigns
Internal & Client-Facing Communication
- Work with BD, Operations, Compliance & ITAD teams to translate work into strong brand stories
- Ensure communication aligns with R2v3, compliance & data-security positioning
Reporting & Performance
- Track branding outcomes visibility, engagement, lead influence, asset usage
- Maintain a structured brand content repository & communication calendar
Key responsibilities
Content & Brand Strategy
- Build and lead EWRI's overall content and communication strategy across platforms
- Design a structured posting plan covering services, awareness, mission, ITAD, sustainability, SEZ work, impact stories, partnerships, events
- Develop clear messaging frameworks and maintain brand tone, voice & narrative consistency
Storytelling & Thought Leadership
- Convert operations, initiatives, projects and partnerships into powerful storytelling
- Write / guide blogs, articles, case studies, awareness posts & leadership notes
- Support future initiatives such as monthly newsletters / magazine / impact reports
Website, Marketing & Communication Assets
- Contribute to website content direction & structure
- Support creation of brochures, capability decks, presentations & campaign messaging
- Work with design and social execution teams to translate ideas into assets
Coordination & Collaboration
- Work closely with social media, SEO, design, events & outreach teams
- Support branding for collection drives, CSR initiatives, exhibitions & corporate stalls
- Align communication with BD, Operations, Compliance & ITAD teams
Research, Insight & Growth
- Track trends across circular economy, recycling, sustainability & climate communication
- Identify storytelling opportunities to strengthen brand credibility & enterprise trust
Qualifications
- 37 years in Content Strategy / Brand Communication / Corporate Communications / B2B Marketing
- Strong command of writing, structuring narratives & strategic messaging
- Experience in sustainability, environment, impact, logistics, manufacturing or industrial sectors is a strong plus
- Ability to think strategically, creatively and analytically
- Comfortable collaborating with leadership and multi-function teams
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Strong skills in Branding, Storytelling, Brand Strategy, and Marketing Management.
- Proficiency in Market Research, Competitive Analysis, and Strategic Planning.
- Experience in Content Creation, Communication, and Campaign Management.
- Knowledge of Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing trends.
- Exceptional organizational skills, leadership abilities, and teamwork.
- Ability to adapt to evolving market needs and develop innovative solutions.
- Experience in environmental or sustainability-focused industries is a plus.
