Responsibilities

Marketing Campaigns & Growth

  • Plan, implement, and optimize campaigns across digital, social, influencer, and offline channels.
  • Leverage data and analytics to monitor campaign performance, improve engagement, and drive conversions.
  • Develop initiatives to increase brand visibility, market share, and consumer loyalty.

Partnership & Community Development

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with early learning educators, parenting networks, child development experts, and retail partners.
  • Plan and execute events, workshops, and experiential activations to enhance brand engagement.
  • Foster a loyal community of parents and advocates for Dabble products.

Public Relations & Collaborations

  • Identify and manage strategic partnerships with like-minded brands, influencers, and educational institutions.
  • Secure media coverage in parenting, lifestyle, and sustainability publications to strengthen brand authority.
  • Represent Dabble at relevant expos, fairs, and trade shows.

Lead Generation & Sales Support

  • Work closely with the sales team to design and manage lead generation funnels.
  • Prepare impactful brand presentations, proposals, and pitches for potential partners and distributors.
  • Track lead-to-conversion performance to ensure marketing efforts directly contribute to revenue goals.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Collaborate with product, creative, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and product launches.
  • Align closely with the founder on strategic priorities and growth targets.
  • Share regular performance updates, insights, and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Brand Management, or related field. Master's degree/MBA preferred.

Experience: 1+ years in brand marketing, communication, or digital marketing preferably in consumer goods, parenting, or lifestyle brands.

Proven track record in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
