About the Role
Monalisa Mandal Makeup is seeking a highly organized, energetic, and versatile Brand Assistant to lead the brand's behind-the-scenes operations. This is a critical role designed for a professional who excels at coordination, allowing the Artist to focus entirely on the creative process.
The ideal candidate acts as the bridge between the studio, the clients, and the vendors, ensuring that every project—from high-profile weddings to international shoots—runs seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
- Client & Vendor Relations: Handle end-to-end coordination, from initial inquiries and client conversion to post-event servicing.
- Logistics & Travel: Manage the Artist's calendar and travel arrangements. You will travel alongside the Artist for assignments across Bangalore, pan-India, and internationally.
- On-Site Management: Provide on-ground support during shoots and weddings, ensuring the Artist's environment is organized and professional.
- Inventory & Kit Care: Maintain and manage the professional bridal kit and studio inventory with meticulous attention to detail.
- Operational Efficiency: Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks and ensure all vendor timelines are met.
- Sales & Client Conversion: Act as the first point of contact for all inquiries. You will be responsible for converting leads into bookings, handling negotiations, and upselling packages to maximize revenue.
- End-to-End Coordination: Manage communication between clients, high-end vendors, and the studio.

- Digital Growth: Experience capturing high-quality BTS content, managing social media, and running targeted ad campaigns.
- Event Background: Prior experience in Event Management or Luxury Hospitality is a massive plus.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and persuasive sales skills.

- Willingness to work a 6-day week (rotational off) and travel extensively.
- Ability to maintain the professional kit and manage inventory with precision.
Compensation
- Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
- Incentives: Performance-based incentives (linked to sales targets and successful conversions).
