Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for the Brand and Campaign Head at Globelance. The role is based in our Mumbai office and requires leading the development and execution of brand strategies and marketing campaigns to build, elevate, and maintain the Globelance brand. Responsibilities include overseeing branding initiatives, managing marketing projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and developing public relations strategies to ensure consistency in brand messaging and growth in market presence.
Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Brand Marketing and Marketing
- Experience in creating and executing effective Public Relations initiatives
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage large-scale campaigns
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to analyze data and generate insights for decision-making
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Experience in the consulting, freelancing, or technology sectors is a plus
