Job Description

Job Title: Brand & Business Development Manager (Wellness & Fitness Brand) Location: Kotla/Chattarpur-Delhi

Department: Marketing / Business Development

Reports To: MD

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to manage and grow the Brand. The role involves handling brand positioning, business development, client collaborations, and identifying opportunities for trainers to represent the brand at events, workshops, and speaking engagements.

Key Responsibilities:1. Brand Management & Positioning

· Develop and execute branding strategies for the brand

· Enhance brand visibility across digital and offline platforms

· Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning

2. Business Development

· Identify and develop new business opportunities for wellness programs

· Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients

· Drive revenue growth for the wellness vertical

3. Event & Speaking Opportunities

· Identify relevant events, corporate programs, and platforms for trainers as motivational speakers

· Coordinate participation in seminars, workshops, and wellness events

· Build relationships with event organizers and institutions

4. Client Collaboration & Partnerships

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and partners

· Collaborate with clients to design customized wellness programs

· Manage end-to-end coordination of wellness engagements

· Branding and marketing knowledge

· Networking and relationship management

· Event coordination and execution

· Result-driven and proactive approach

Qualifications & Experience:

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

· 3–6 years of experience in branding, business development, or partnerships

· Experience in wellness, fitness, or lifestyle industry will be an added advantage

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

· Revenue generation from wellness programs

· Number of client collaborations and partnerships

· Brand visibility and engagement metrics

. Number of events and speaking opportunities secured
