Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Brand & Marketing Executive to assist in launching and promoting our in-house lingerie/innerwear brand. The candidate should have experience in brand development, distributor engagement, and marketing within the apparel or lingerie industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support brand creation.
  • Assist in defining and executing brand strategies in alignment with business goals.
  • Engage with distributors, market chains, and offline/online retailers to expand market presence.
  • Utilize industry experience in the lingerie segment to develop effective marketing initiatives.
  • Drive marketing efforts across e-commerce platforms and B2B channels.
  • Meet with potential distributors, present offerings, and finalize deals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with retail partners for improved shelf presence and visibility.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in brand or trade marketing, preferably in the innerwear or fashion segment.
  • Hands-on experience with distributors, retail chains, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong understanding of both B2B and B2C marketing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of relevant industry experience.
