Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Brand & Digital Marketing Manager to lead our brand positioning and digital marketing initiatives. This role will be responsible for building a strong, consistent brand presence while driving growth through effective digital campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Management

  • Develop and execute brand strategy to strengthen brand awareness and market positioning
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital and offline touchpoints
  • Manage brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual identity
  • Lead brand campaigns, product launches, and storytelling initiatives
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine brand strategy

Digital Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing
  • Manage paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) with a focus on ROI
  • Oversee website performance, landing pages, and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytics tools
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver high-impact campaigns

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Manage marketing budgets and vendor relationships
  • Lead, mentor, and coordinate with designers, content creators, and digital marketers
  • Work closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to align marketing goals with business objectives

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 48 years of experience in brand management and digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of branding principles and digital marketing channels
  • Hands-on experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.)
  • Proven experience managing paid media campaigns and marketing budgets
  • Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and project management skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools
  • Knowledge of UX/UI and website optimization
  • Experience in B2B or B2C brand marketing
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Analytics, or Meta Blueprint
