Job Title: Brand & Content Lead – B2B Industrial

Location - Udaipur

Employment Type - Full-time

Job Purpose / Role Summary

This role is responsible for owning how a deep-tech, industrial brand is communicated globally. The position focuses on clear thinking, strong storytelling, and high execution standards to translate complex engineering and products into compelling, consistent brand and product communication across channels.

Key Responsibilities / Duties

  • Own all brand and product content across the organization
  • Develop and maintain core marketing collateral including catalogs, presentations, data sheets, case studies, and application notes
  • Own website structure, content quality, and design direction
  • Lead newsletters and customer communications across markets
  • Drive video content covering products, applications, people, and facilities
  • Establish and manage content systems, workflows, and quality standards
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and clarity across all formats and channels
  • Work closely with engineering, product, sales, and leadership teams

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts
  • Owner mindset with end-to-end responsibility for quality and output
  • Systems thinking to build repeatable and scalable content processes
  • High attention to detail and consistency
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Communications, Marketing, or related field
  • Advanced qualifications in marketing or communication are an added advantage.

Experience Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in content, brand, or technical marketing
  • Prior experience in B2B, industrial, or technical environments preferred
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in complex organizations

Technical Skills

  • Content management systems (CMS)
  • Basic understanding of industrial products and engineering concepts
  • Experience coordinating video production and digital storytelling
  • Ability to manage agencies, freelancers, or internal content teams
