Role Overview

Revalsys Technologies is seeking a savvy and dynamic Brand & Content Coordinator to join our growth-focused team. In this role, you will be the creative engine of our marketing department. You will be responsible for researching our software products, understanding their unique benefits, and translating that knowledge into high-quality, engaging content that builds brand awareness.

Core Responsibilities
  • Content Creation: Research, write, and edit compelling content across multiple formats, including blogs, infographics, videos, and social media posts.
  • Product Research: Deep-dive into Revalsys's technical products to identify user benefits and craft relevant content in the appropriate tone and style.
  • Strategy & Execution: Plan, coordinate, and evaluate 360-degree marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with tech teams, business heads, and external agencies to ensure content meets business and technical requirements.
  • Digital Branding: Partner with the digital marketing team to publish content and assist in developing digital marketing materials.
  • Market Analysis: Use market research to identify target consumer markets and devise outreach plans.
  • Performance Reporting: Analyze campaign success using marketing tools and recommend data-driven improvements.
  • Media Coordination: Negotiate advertising contracts and manage relationships with various media outlets.
Key Skills & CompetenciesMust-Have Skills:
  • Excellent English Communication: Superior writing, editing, and verbal communication skills are mandatory.
  • Technical Savviness: Strong understanding of technology and software products.
  • MS Office Proficiency: Expert in Excel (for reporting), Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Self-Management: High attention to detail and the ability to take quick action as per guidelines.
Technical Skills (Added Advantages):
  • SEO & SEM: Knowledge of search engine optimization and marketing.
  • Digital Sales/Marketing: Familiarity with online lead generation and sales funnels.
  • Design & Copy: A background in design or professional copywriting is a significant plus.
  • Market Analysis: Experience in product marketing tactics and market mapping.
Desired Profile
  • A graduate with a degree in Communications, Marketing, or Advertising (Preferred).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant marketing or content-driven role.
  • Highly organized, able to multitask, and comfortable working with technical software teams.
