Knytra is a streetwear brand built around bold, everyday fits. We're growing fast and looking for people who can bring the brand to their own circles.

About the role

As a Brand Ambassador Intern, you'll represent Knytra in your network and community and turn that reach into sales. You'll work independently, own your own approach, and see your results directly.

Selection process

• Shortlisted candidates get an assignment: bring in one sale (a paid pre-order counts) and share your sales strategy
• Selected candidates then start a two-week period with Knytra
• Your sales target starts only after you join

What you'll do

• Promote Knytra's products through your social media, college, and personal networks
• Bring in sales and lead customers to our store
• Come up with and run your own sales strategy
• Give regular updates on your progress and learnings
• Share feedback on what your audience likes so we can improve

What we're looking for

• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• An active network, on campus or online
• Self-driven, comfortable with targets, and quick to act
• Interest in streetwear, fashion, or brand building
• Students and freshers welcome, with no prior experience required

Work arrangement

• Fully remote
• About 4 hours a day, with no fixed shift timings
• Sundays off
• Daily punch-in and punch-out on OrangeHRM, with daily tasks assigned in ClickUp

Targets and confirmation

• To continue for a further month, you need to complete 5 sales within the first two weeks
• If you don't reach 5 sales, you'll be removed from the Knytra system and paid only for the two weeks you worked

What you'll get

• A paid internship with a 2,000 monthly stipend
