Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Identify, approach, and onboard new FMCG, food, beverage, dairy, RTD/RTE, and snacking brands.
- Manage end-to-end vendor onboarding, including documentation, agreements, listing formalities, and system creation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for vendor and brand-related communication.
- Coordinate with vendors for purchase orders (POs), supply planning, replenishment, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor PO status, stock availability, fill rates, and vendor performance.
- Resolve supply chain and stock-related issues to ensure uninterrupted product availability.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders for smooth business operations.
- Track inventory movement and support demand planning to avoid stock-outs and excess inventory.
- Prepare MIS reports, vendor performance trackers, and business analysis using MS Excel.
- Coordinate with operations, category, and warehouse teams for timely execution and issue resolution.
About Company: Daalchini is a physical marketplace for traditional Indian home-cooked food, provided by a network of home-based cooks/tiffin services, through the Internet of Things (IoT-based vending machines called DaalchiniHut).
