Chokore is evolving into a broader lifestyle platform spanning Headwear, Eyewear, Fragrances and Fashion Accessories.
As we expand our fragrance business, we are looking for a highly motivated professional to drive on-ground activations, sampling initiatives, ambassador programs and sales generation across Delhi NCR.
Role Summary
The Brand Activation & Sales Executive will be responsible for driving product awareness, customer acquisition and sales through on-ground marketing initiatives, college ambassador networks and community engagement programs.
This role requires frequent travel across Delhi NCR and involves direct interaction with consumers, student communities, event organizers and brand ambassadors.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Activations
- Plan and execute on-ground sampling and activation campaigns.
- Represent the brand at events, exhibitions, festivals and community gatherings.
- Identify opportunities to increase product awareness and customer engagement.
Ambassador Program Management
- Recruit, onboard and manage campus ambassadors and community representatives.
- Build relationships with student groups, societies and event organizers.
- Monitor ambassador performance and engagement.
Sales Generation
- Drive sales through activations, ambassador programs and referral initiatives.
- Convert product trials into purchases.
- Support promotional campaigns and new product launches.
- Track sales generated through activation initiatives.
Community Development
- Build relationships with colleges, youth communities and local networks.
- Develop programs that encourage customer engagement and referrals.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights.
Reporting
- Maintain records of activations, sampling initiatives and sales performance.
- Prepare weekly reports on key metrics and outcomes.
- Recommend improvements based on field observations and customer feedback.
QualificationsExperience
- 1–3 years of experience in brand activations, field sales, event marketing, campus engagement, community building or related functions.
- Experience working with consumer brands is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Delhi NCR colleges, events and youth communities.
- Experience managing ambassador programs or activation campaigns.
- Experience in consumer, lifestyle, fashion, beauty or fragrance categories.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Delhi NCR.

Compensation
Fixed Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month
