Key Responsibilities:

• Training Needs Analysis:Identify skill gaps and training needs for agents and managers.
• Program Development:Design and update engaging training modules (product, sales techniques, compliance, systems).
• Training Delivery:Conduct sessions (in-person, online) for new hires (onboarding/induction) and existing agents (refresher, advanced).
• Calendar & Logistics:Plan and execute monthly training calendars and manage logistics.
• Performance Monitoring:Track agent progress, conduct field calls, and provide feedback to ensure productivity and goal achievement (KPIs).
• Agent Development:Facilitate self-development, ensure ethical conduct, and guide career progression (TA, SA, AO).
• Feedback & Improvement:Gather feedback from agents, Sales Managers, and heads to review and update materials.
• Compliance:Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
