Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Trainer, based in Hisar. The Branch Trainer will be responsible for conducting impactful training sessions for branch staff, developing and implementing training schedules and programs, and facilitating learning and development initiatives. The individual will assess training needs, design learning modules, and monitor the effectiveness of training sessions to foster professional growth and enhance skills.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in training facilitation, curriculum development, and learning module design
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively train and engage participants
  • Experience in leadership development, team building, and employee motivation
  • Knowledge of performance evaluation and training program assessment
  • Prior experience in the insurance or financial services sector will be an advantage
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; certifications in training or related disciplines are a plus
