Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct technical valuations of real estate properties, including residential and commercial buildings.
- Review the valuers on an ongoing basis to ensure that valuations provided by them are in line with the prevalent market conditions and to assist in conducting periodic Quality Assessments on the valuer
- To review and resolve escalations raised by the Sales teams with respect to rates, technical aspects, usage, locality and acceptability of collateral and, to provide a balanced resolution to the Sales & Credit teams.
- Ensure that Valuation MIS and APF MIS are diligently prepared by locations and are submitted to regional and central office in a timely manner for further analysis.
- Ensure implementation of the valuer and valuation guidelines at their respective locations.
