Branch Technical Manager

We are seeking a diligent Branch Technical Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for the inspection of property valuations, including checking built-up area and plot area, and preparing comprehensive valuation reports. You will work closely with the legal counterpart on technical evaluations, manage vendors, maintain TAT targets, and resolve client queries regarding valuation reports.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspection of Property Valuation, meticulously checking Built-up area and Plot area.
• Prepare comprehensive and accurate Valuation Reports.
• Work closely with the legal counterpart on the technical evaluation front, ensuring alignment and accuracy.
• Manage vendors involved in the technical evaluation process, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Maintain TAT (Turnaround Time) targets for the technical evaluation process, optimizing efficiency.
• Resolve queries from clients regarding valuation reports in a professional and clear manner.

Skills Requirement:

• Relevant knowledge of Property Valuation.
• Strong technical functional expertise in property assessment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with legal teams and manage external vendors.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve client queries.
• Excellent attention to detail for report preparation and inspection.

QUALIFICATION:

• B.Tech/BE (Civil) Degree is mandatory.
