This is a full-time hybrid role for a Branch Service Manager based in New Delhi, with partial work-from-home flexibility. The Branch Service Manager will oversee daily branch operations, ensure exceptional client servicing, and maintain high operational performance. Responsibilities include managing and mentoring a team, ensuring adherence to company policies, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and identifying opportunities to enhance branch efficiency and customer satisfaction. The role also involves regular reporting and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

• Proficiency in operations management, problem-solving, and decision-making
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
