Position: Branch Service Incharge
Location: Madurai
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform battery testing and diagnosis as per company SOPs using approved instruments.
- Support warranty evaluation, certification, and timely claim processing.
- Supervise, guide, and train service technicians and dealer staff on correct service practices.
- Manage battery movement, records, and stock coordination at service stations and in the field.
- Visit dealer premises and customer locations for service support, battery checking, and complaint resolution.
- Ensure service station and dealer infrastructure hygiene, safety, and compliance standards.
- Monitor service TAT, warranty risk, and adherence to company policies.
- Support failed battery analysis, scrap handling, and proper documentation.
- Use company systems such as SAP, WMS, dashboards, and reporting tools for service operations.
- Assist during internal and external audits and ensure availability of required records.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Quality, R&D, Logistics, Sales) for issue resolution.
Deployment Flexibility:
- The engineer may be deployed at Service Stations or in Field roles, based on business requirements.
- Periodic role rotation (SS / Field) may be required for skill development and operational needs.
Experience: 2 to 3 years
