Job Description

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Branch Sales Manager to lead our Used Car sales team within the BFSI industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management and a proven track record of driving significant business growth. You'll be responsible for developing strategies, leading a dynamic sales team, and ensuring the profitability of our used car financing operations.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Leadership:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead, motivate, and train a team of sales professionals to consistently meet and exceed targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive overall business development.
  • Relationship & Market Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including dealerships and customers.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in the used car market.
  • Financial Oversight:
  • Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability and optimize sales performance.

Job Requirements

  • Experience: Proven professional experience in sales management, preferably within the BFSI industry.
  • Knowledge:
  • Strong knowledge of the Used Car market and industry trends.
  • Skills:
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive sales.
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
