Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for the Head of Sales Department, based in Pune. The individual in this position will lead and manage the sales team, develop strategies to achieve sales targets, and oversee account management processes. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing market trends, formulating sales plans, managing client relationships, mentoring the sales team, and ensuring the achievement of departmental goals. The role involves working closely with other departments to align sales strategies with business objectives.

- Experience in Account Management with a focus on building and maintaining long-term client relationships.

- Proven leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field; an MBA is preferred.
- Previous experience in the material handling or manufacturing sector is a plus.
