Whom We're Seeking

We are seeking a driven, entrepreneurial branch head with 13 years of experience in the USAIndia trade lane (imports & exports) who can take ownership of business growth and operations.

You ought to bring:

• A strong existing book of business in the USAIndia trade lane
• Demonstrated ability to establish and manage a branch
• A strong client-first approach combined with a growth mindset
  

Responsibilities

• Encourage business growth and sales in the import/export market between the USA and India.
• Close strategic contracts and find new market opportunities.
• Create, expand, and oversee branch operations
• Create, guide, and oversee a productive local team
• Manage key client relationships and ensure service excellence
• Monitor sales performance, profitability, and operational KPIs
• Collaborate with operations and fleet teams for smooth execution
• Leverage logistics technology and data for performance optimisation
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong sales and negotiation abilities
• Proficiency in stakeholder management, client relations, and team leadership
• competence in performance management, data analysis, and strategic planning
• Knowledge of logistics, transportation, or supply chain preferred
• Familiarity with tools like route optimisation software, GPS tracking, and fleet systems
• Outstanding problem-solving, organising, and communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Learning:
• A bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, business administration, or a similar discipline.
• An MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is a plus.
