Education: Graduate (MBA preferred)
Role Objective
The Branch Sales Manager (Individual Role) is responsible for
driving sales of Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP) at the branch level through
self-sourcing and channel development , without managing a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development
- Achieve monthly login and disbursement targets individually.
- Source business through direct customer interaction and field activities .
- Handle complete sales lifecycle: lead generation login sanction disbursement .
- Channel Management
- Build and maintain relationships with DSAs, connectors, property brokers, and builders .
- Generate consistent leads through channel partners and referrals .
- Expand and activate new sourcing channels.
- Customer Acquisition Relationship Management
- Identify potential customers and understand their loan requirements.
- Offer suitable Home Loan / LAP products .
- Ensure excellent customer experience from onboarding to disbursement.
- Coordination with Internal Teams
- Work closely with Credit, Legal, Technical, and Operations teams .
- Ensure proper documentation and faster turnaround time (TAT).
- Follow up on cases to ensure timely approvals and disbursements.
- Portfolio Quality Compliance
- Ensure sourcing as per company credit policies and guidelines .
- Maintain portfolio quality and avoid delinquent cases .
- Adhere to compliance and regulatory norms.
- Market Intelligence
- Conduct local market mapping and competitor analysis .
- Identify new business opportunities in the catchment area.
- MIS Reporting
- Maintain daily sales tracker and pipeline reports .
- Update branch on lead status, conversions, and disbursements .
